About Salt & Light:
The Williams family from Hazel Green, AL, bought, remodeled, refurnished this 2 bedroom 2.5 bath beautiful townhome in November 2019. This is a rental business built upon Christian principles. We want to provide a safe, clean, and affordable beach vacation for families to enjoy. We will do everything within our power to be wonderful hosts so all you have to worry about is enjoying the Salt air & the Light of the sun. We have built our business around the Scripture in Matthew 5:16 where Jesus taught His followers to be Salt & Light to those around us. Interior Features:
New owners. Completely renovated! Newly furnished! New updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, barnwood style porcelain tile floors, and a beautiful shiplap accent wall. Brand new carpet upstairs (March 2020). Flat screen TV’s in the Living Room and each Bedroom, both of which are upstairs. Master bedroom has a King size bed (new memory foam mattress), private balcony, and an on suite bathroom for extra privacy. Guest bedroom has 1 Queen size bed (brand new comfortable mattress) and bunk beds (XL Twin) (New Memory foam mattresses). The bunk beds are the length of a king bed for extra comfort for teenagers. Maximum capacity 6, including children. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking/dining. Inside laundry room with a new front load washer and dryer. We provide plenty of linens, bath towels, and even beach towels included for your convenience.

Golf cart available for rent for $25 per day. Golf cart is not street legal and is only allowed to be used on Gulf Highlands Beach Resort Property.
Putt Putt putters and balls are provided in the room for use of guests. Unlimited free putt putt. 
4 Beach chairs are provided.

Rates:
Summer Months (except holiday weeks) End of May thru middle of August:
$1,295/week (Saturday-Saturday) or $185 per night with an additional cleaning fee of $95 plus 13% lodging tax. There is a $500 refundable reservation/damage deposit or a $59 insurance charge (your choice). 50% up front to reserve and the remaining balance due 30 days prior to rental.
Holiday Weeks: (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day):
$1,400/week. Nightly rates may be available upon request especially for Labor Day Weekend. Additional cleaning fee of $95 plus 13% lodging tax. There is a $500 refundable reservation/damage deposit or a $59 insurance charge (your choice). 50% up front to reserve and the remaining balance due 30 days prior to rental.
Spring & Fall: 
These rates range from $125-$150 per night depending on the time of season. We would be glad to quote those dates for you (2 night minimum). Additional cleaning fee of $95 plus 13% lodging tax. There is a $500 refundable reservation/damage deposit or a $59 insurance charge (your choice). 50% up front to reserve and the remaining balance due 30 days prior to rental.
Monthly Rentals available November, December, January, February and possibly March: (March rates are a little higher and/or a partial month) Call or text for details.
These rates are $1,300 per month plus 13% lodging tax and a $95 cleaning. First months rent holds your spot and rent is due by the 1st of each month. No Pets. No exceptions. 
 
Policies:
NO SMOKING/NO PETS. Owners have allergies and are very strict about these policies. No exceptions will be made. Anyone breaking these rules will be evicted without a refund and will also forfeit their damage deposit.
Typically rents from Saturday to Saturday, however, rentals less than one week with negotiable pricing (subject to availability). Check in 4:00 pm, check out 10:00 am.
Renter must be at least 23 years old.
Condo is conveniently located almost directly across from one of the 11 pools within the complex. Two private parking spots located directly in front of the condo. No trailers or boats allowed on property (HOA regulations). Edgewater Shopping Center with restaurants and Rock It Lanes (bowling, arcade, & roller skating) is within walking distance with a gate from Gulf Highlands property.
